📦 Hey Remington Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Every item in the Hey Remington shop is made to order—just for you! Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or ordering the wrong item.

However, if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll make it right.

🔁 Return Eligibility:

We gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or misprinted
  • You received the wrong item or design

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via the Contact Us page with:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll process a replacement at no cost to you—or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

  • All items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for other reasons (e.g., wrong size, color change, change of mind)
  • Sizing details are available in each listing to help you order with confidence
  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued without photo proof
